Band of Builders is a UK-based charity that unites the construction industry to support its own in times of crisis.

Founded on the belief that no one should face life’s toughest challenges alone, we bring together construction workers, businesses, and volunteers to make a real difference—delivering life-changing projects and providing critical support to individuals and families in need.

We offer financial assistance, mental health support, and practical resources to tackle the unique challenges faced by those in construction. Whether it's adapting a home for a worker recovering from injury, providing emergency financial relief, or offering a lifeline to those struggling with their mental health, our mission is to empower the construction community to take care of its own.

With every project completed, fundraiser organised, and volunteer stepping up, we’re not just building structures—we’re building hope, resilience, and a stronger industry.
